We believe in a world where fitness means more than appearances. Where wellbeing and lifestyles coexist to nurture happy and healthy individuals, families and communities. We believe one person can make a difference, inspire and change the world around them. We've seen that a person's potential is just a moment away. With each day we take another step towards our holistic approach to training and wellbeing. We have created a place where people can feel safe to train and also feel like they are apart of something bigger. We are stepping up to challenge the fitness industry and the ideology that it has created around body image and healthiness.
The Instill Fitness community is amazing, everybody comes in with fantastic attitudes and are always friendly. With each session they give their best, pushing harder than ever before. We have mums, dads, grandmothers and grandfathers, brothers, sisters, sons and daughters who have all found something that they feel apart of and always welcome to.
We want to continue creating a community of like minded individuals who are wanting to help themselves, but aren't afraid to help someone else along the way. Words of encouragement and supportive conversations really hold everyone together so that they can celebrate the small and big achievements.
YOGA - balance and wellbeing
Practicing Yoga gives us the strength, stamina, balance and flexibility we need in our bodies to move with ease. Our classes celebrate all styles of yoga and flow to promote positive mindsets and lifestyles. We also learn to balance our effort and surrender in each pose. Yoga is a powerful tool for self-transformation. It asks us to bring our attention to our breath, which helps us to still the fluctuations of the mind and be more present in the unfolding of each moment.
BOOTCAMP - strength and endurance
With a wide range of training techniques in this world, we incorporate some of the best styles to keep challenging the body while discovering where your limits are. We run group circuits with HIIT, strength, and cardio sessions using everything from bodyweight and kettlebells to battleropes and dumbbells, deliberately designed to create a whole body workout that builds strength and endurance while really getting your body moving. With each session suitable for beginners and experienced participants this is our most popular training style.
MUM SQUAD - strength and confidence
With a wide range of training techniques in this world, we incorporate some of the best styles to keep challenging the body while discovering where your limits are. We run group circuits with HIIT, strength, and cardio sessions using everything from bodyweight and kettlebells to battleropes and dumbbells, deliberately designed to create a whole body workout that targets tummies hips and thighs building strength while focusing on techniques and staying safe. With each session suitable for new mums, old mums, soon to be mums and every other mum.
