Build A Body Fitness & Coaching offers a fresh, exciting and intimate approach to your training and fitness.
I specialise in retuning movement and function so you can live your best life with out pain. While also making you strong through functional movement and strength based movement. I offer 1 on 1 Personal Training as well as Semi Private Group Sessions . This allows me to work up close and personal with you for an individualised experience to have you on track to smash your fitness goals!
I also offer online programming options that allow you to exercise form anywhere. This option comes with check ins weekly to keep you accountable and on track to reaching your goals.
